Services - Transition to eCourts
eCourts Services launching on October 13, 2025 in 13 counties: Alexander, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Cleveland, Davidson, Davie, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, McDowell, Rowan, and Rutherford.
Online Services will be UNAVAILABLE during the transition -- October 1 (5 p.m.) to October 13:

- Citation Services - payments, requesting reductions, compliances, or dismissals
- Court Date Notifications
- Court Collections and Payments
You may pay your ticket or money owed on criminal cases at the clerk's office in the courthouse or via mail during this time. For requesting reduction or compliance dismissals, you must appear in court on the court date indicated on your citation unless instructed otherwise. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Guide & File is a free online service to help users prepare court documents to file for certain case types.
